What is your return policy for online purchases?
We offer a 28-day return window for all unworn items in their original packaging. Please ensure the security tags remain attached. Returns can be initiated through our online portal for a quick and easy refund process.
Are FitFlop shoes recommended for specific foot conditions?

How should I clean and maintain my FitFlops?
For leather styles, use a damp cloth and specialized leather cleaner. For suede or nubuck, use a stiff brush. We strongly advise against machine washing or drying our footwear, as it can damage the midsole technology.
