We want you to love your new shoes, so if you are not completely satisfied, you can return your unworn FitFlop items within 28 days of delivery for a full refund. Please ensure all items are returned in their original packaging to qualify for a processing guarantee.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Package Your Shoes

  Place the unworn footwear back into its original shoebox and secure it inside a sturdy mailing bag or box to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, then affix it clearly to the outside of your package, covering any old shipping marks.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Take your package to the nearest authorized drop-off location and keep your receipt; your refund will be processed within 10-14 business days of receipt at our warehouse.
